Such a great little place tucked away in Nipomo. I’ve gone here three times now with my boyfriend and the service and food are consistently great. We even got this surprise bear orange treat thing after dinner once. Cute and delicious!

Food was great. Miso soup was tasty and hot when we got home as well as the tempura still hot and semi crispy. Salmon roll was baked to perfection! Always a great meal when we go!

Very sad day. I've been eating at this restaurant since it opened. Today I was humiliated by another patron, called names etc. None of the staff asked the lady to stop, or asked if I wanted to move, not a damn word. I got my check and a box and left. I will not be back. Good luck running a restaurant when you dont protect your loyal customers.

Why the heck would you put piles of wasabi between the fish and rice?? Why are you drinking on the job when you're handling people's food? Don't be a sushi chef if you don't love your job.
